Being environmentally aware, we try to use sustainable materials for our packaging. We ship our orders using 100% biodegradable kraft paper mailbags and mailboxes, especially design for fashion e-commerce.

Damages:
In case any product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and email us at heysugar@sugarsand.co
